Individual Counselling - In-Person or Virtual Sessions
Individual Counselling sessions are tailored to meet your needs, offering a dedicated 50 minutes session for $150. Through a secure online platform or private office setting, I provide confidential support and guidance to help you navigate challenges and promote personal growth.
Check with your insurance provide to find out if you're covered for Canadian Certified Counsellors. If you are, you'll receive a detailed receipt to submit for your claim after your session.
